Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If it is a product quality issue, we will be responsible for any return and exchange shipping costs. If it is a customer's own problem,customers will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs. For example, not using the machine correctly according to the instructions and so on.
Please NOTE!ย Due to the buyer's failure to verify the size of the mount plate before purchasing, the product cannot match the loader and needs to be replaced. Our company does not accept returns unless the buyer compensates the seller for the round-trip shipping cost.For refunds, we will not refund product fees unless we receive the products in our warehouse and confirm that they can be resold.
For products, we offer a one-year warranty period. We will replace the parts for free within this year, and we will cover the shipping cost.
Customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs when returning items that are not covered under warranty or found to be defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.ย
Item(s) must be in new condition when returnedโ please note that wear and tear from use may prevent your item from qualifying for a refund.
Returned items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before refund is processed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.ย The mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.No return handling fee is required for returns

Damages and issuesย
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsย
Items damaged from abuse, misuse or overloading are not covered under warranty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchangesย
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refundsย
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. After receiving the refunded item, we will process the refund within 3 working days, and it is expected to be returned to the original account within 5-10 working days.
